Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, Arizona, seeks a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. The RN will perform evaluations, monitoring, planning, and direct patient care within a multidisciplinary setting dedicated to eating disorder treatment.

The role requires active nursing licensure in the state, CPR/First Aid certification, and 1+ year of experience. Shifts include day and overnight options in a supportive, hospital-like residential program.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, preferably in clinical care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission by obtaining orders and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Monitors vital signs and documents findings in nursing notes.
• Assists providers in weekly patient consultations.
• Educates patients on safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Maintains MAR accuracy and proper medication box placement.
• Coordinates laboratory specimen collection and relays results.
