Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, Arizona, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem day and night shifts to join our inpatient eating disorder treatment team.

The RN will evaluate, monitor, plan, administer and deliver patient-care services, maintain a current AZ nursing license, and collaborate with attending providers to support master treatment planning and safe transitions for patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience, preferred.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Multistate Nursing license, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission process and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital sign monitoring and documents findings.
• Monitors patient progress and documents in nursing notes.
• Assists providers in weekly patient consultations and discharge planning.
• Responsible for safe medication handling and MAR updates.
