Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. The RN will perform admission assessments, monitor patients, and coordinate care with medical and psychiatric teams in a residential treatment setting.

The role includes day and overnight shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Virtual Programs - Multistate Nursing license, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiates the admission process by obtaining provider orders upon patient arrival and completing the initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Monitors vital signs and documents nursing notes.
• Assists providers in weekly patient consultations.
• Coordinates and facilitates laboratory specimen collection and communicates results to the medical team.
• Maintains patient records in electronic systems and supports discharge planning.
