Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Scottsdale seeks a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. The primary role includes admission processing, nursing assessment within 24 hours, vital signs, documentation, and coordination with medical and psychiatric staff for eating disorder treatment.

Evening to overnight shifts are required (6pm–6:30am), Thursday through Sunday availability is desired. Must hold an RN license in the state, have CPR/First Aid, and be committed to a compassionate, collaborative

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferred.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• Multistate nursing license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates the admission process by obtaining provider orders and completing the initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital sign monitoring and documents findings in nursing notes.
• Monitors patient progress and documents in accordance with policies.
• Supports education and discharge planning related to medications and treatment.
• Coordinates lab specimen collection and communicates results to the medical team.
