Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, Arizona seeks a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join the multidisciplinary team. The RN will evaluate, monitor, plan, and deliver direct patient care in a residential eating disorder treatment setting, coordinating with attending providers and treatment plans.

The role requires current RN licensure in Arizona, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication. Per diem shifts include day and overnight hours with a comprehensive benefits package offered upon assignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and valid licensure.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience; hospital/clinical preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Good communication and guest relations skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission process and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital sign monitoring and documents findings.
• Monitors patient progress and supports medication administration and MAR updates.
• Facilitates weekly patient consultations with providers and care planning.
• Coordinates collection of lab specimens and ensures timely result communication.
• Maintains accurate patient records in the electronic system.
• Supports discharge planning and provides patient education.
