Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, AZ, seeks a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join a multidisciplinary team in a residential eating disorder treatment setting. The RN will perform admissions, nursing assessments, vital signs, and medication management, coordinating with providers to support individualized patient care.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work Day or Overnight shifts on-site.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Multistate Nursing license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission process and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital sign monitoring and documents findings.
• Monitors patient progress and assists with weekly consultations.
• Supports education for safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Coordinates lab specimen collection and ensures timely results.
• Keeps electronic patient records updated and accurate.
