Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is seeking experienced RNs for a county-operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, NY. This W-2 per diem, on-site role lets you set your own schedule, with eight-hour shifts and a 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, or 10:30 PM–7:00 AM options and twelve-hour shifts when available.

Pay ranges from $52 to $58 per hour, with nights and weekends paid at the top of the range.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with BLS/CPR.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Ability to pass NY DOH background check and required immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medication administration, treatments, and responding to changes in condition.
• Direct LPNs and CNAs on your unit and serve as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accurate records: MDS-related docs, care plans, and shift reports.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families and providers during shifts.
• Follow infection control and safety practices on site.
