Job summary

Under supervision of Nursing Supervisor, you will perform triage assessments and provide direct patient care to a caseload of up to 35 clients on a medically managed unit. Responsibilities include timely medication administration, recording vital signs, coordinating with the healthcare team, and guiding less-skilled staff.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in Connecticut.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and vital signs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan and evaluate care.
• Direct or supervise nursing staff as needed.
• Refer patients to appropriate health resources.
