Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• EPIC or similar EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage medical and psychiatric status for detox patients.
• Provide direct patient care to assigned clients.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Record vitals, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for care plans.
• Supervise and support nursing staff as needed.
• Refer patients to appropriate resources and services.
