Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC LA) seeking an RN for a Detox unit in Hartford, CT. The RN will perform triage, provide direct patient care to up to 35 clients, administer medications, and monitor for adverse reactions under Nursing Supervisor guidance.

The role requires an active CT RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and EPIC EMR experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on whole-person

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience with detox and behavioral health settings preferred.
• Performs triage and direct patient care for detox clients.

Responsibilities

• Triage and evaluate medical/psychiatric status of up to 35 clients.
• Administer medications timely and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to adjust care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with higher level of care.
