Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse PD 3 Float to support multiple units in the Chicago area (Evanston, Highland Park, Chicago). This per diem role offers day and night shifts, with 111–144 hours per 6-week schedule and required travel.

You will provide compassionate nursing care across patient populations while maintaining safety and documentation standards. Ideal candidates have at least one year of staff nurse experience, Illinois licensure, and CPR.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Current Illinois nursing licensure.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required within six months depending on unit.
• Ability to guide and supervise nursing personnel.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Maintain competency with current standards of practice.
• Guide and supervise staff in patient care.
