Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse on a Per Diem basis to provide high-quality nursing care in the Chicago area. The role offers 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts with Per Diem Level 3, totaling 111-144 hours per a 6-week schedule.

Prior Psych experience is strongly preferred and Illinois RN licensure is required. You will utilize the nursing process to assess and care for patients and families, maintain up-to-date competencies, and collaborate with peers to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and can guide/supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on unit requirements.
• Previous Psych experience strongly preferred.
