Endeavor Health in the Chicago area is seeking a Registered Nurse for Per Diem Float coverage across locations including Evanston and Highland Park. The role requires 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts, with 111-144 hours over a 6-week cycle and travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of staff nurse experience, Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and familiarity with ethical practice and evidence-based care. Per diem benefits apply to eligible staff.

Formación

• One year of experience as a staff nurse preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and can guide and supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure; CPR/AHA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain competency aligned with current practice standards.
• Interact with and support peers and contribute to professional development.
