Job summary

Coshocton Regional Medical Center in Coshocton, OH, is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II for per diem shifts. The role focuses on delivering respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostics as ordered by the provider, with patient care tailored to age and population needs.

The successful candidate will hold an active RCP license, NBRC-RRT or be eligible, and have BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications either on hire or within required timelines.

Qualifications

Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
Current NBRC Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
BLS certification from the AHA or ARC on hire and maintained.
ACLS certification from the AHA or ARC on hire and maintained.
PALS certification from the AHA on hire and maintained or within 60 days of hire.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate preferred.
Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
Two years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the provider.
Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care with age/population considerations.
Lead RCP may be assigned to manage the section or department during their shift.
