Job summary

Community Care Alliance seeks Residential Relief Workers to support adults in our Residential & Supported Housing programs across Northern RI and Pawtucket. You will assist with case management, monitor medications, provide crisis intervention when needed, and help with routine administrative duties as part of a per diem, full-time pool.

Positions require a HS diploma or equivalent, with preferred Associate's in Human Services.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with experience in mental health/substance abuse.
• Associate's degree in Human Services preferred.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not currently certified.
• Candidates must have an approved driving record with the ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to adult residents in our Residential & Supported Housing programs.
• Assist clients in medication monitoring and education.
• Conduct security checks on each room hourly and perform related supervisory tasks as needed.
• Handle administrative duties and coordinate with program staff.

Seeking to enhance our pool of relief workers at various locations throughout Northern RI and Pawtucket. We are able to offer 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts. Programs are looking for Residential Relief Workers to assist in providing case management services to adult residents in our Residential & Supported Housing programs. These positions assess and evaluate clients on an ongoing basis, providing support services and/or crisis intervention as needed. In this position you will also assist clients in medication monitoring and education, conduct security checks on each room on an hourly basis, and other administrative duties as needed.

Education/Licensing Requirement

HS diploma or equivalent required with experience in areas of mental health/substance abuse. Associate's degree in Human Services or prior work experience preferred. Position requires you to obtain CPR and First Aid if you do not have a current certification. Candidates must have an approved driving record with the ability to transport clients.
