Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Registration Coordinator to support patient registration at outpatient clinics. You will create new registrations and check patients in for scheduled and walk-in visits, across multiple departments, including Urgent Care and Radiology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Create new registrations and check patients in for scheduled and walk-in clinical visits.
• Support registrations in Urgent Care, Radiology, and Access Clinic check-ins.
• Schedule patient return visits and minimize delays in clinic access.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families; obtain signed consent for care.
• Maintain infection prevention standards and improve processes for a smoother patient experience.
