Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Documents patient history pertaining to the procedure on physician requisition.
• Confirms patient identification verbally and via proof of identity.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.
• Operates equipment and ensures correct positioning for each procedure.
• Maintains records per departmental standards.
