First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for per diem hospital opportunities in Arlington, Virginia. You will perform radiographic procedures, ensure high-quality imaging, and uphold patient safety in a fast-paced acute-care setting.

Flexible scheduling lets you choose shifts; competitive hourly pay provided with options for daily and weekly payout. Requires Virginia licensure and ARRT certification, plus BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license required.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test completed within the past year.
• Documentation of MMR and Varicella immunity.
• Physical examination completed within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Produce accurate, high‑quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity during procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment properly.
• Follow radiation-safety and infection-control standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
