Candidates should have an active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT certification, and at least one year of recent acute-care radiology experience. BLS is preferred, with quick credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
• One year of acute-care radiology experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred; immunization documentation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images with attention to detail.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and comfort during procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment properly.
• Follow radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care setting.
