First Choice Nurses in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for per diem hospital assignments. You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, produce high-quality images, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced acute-care setting.

Candidates must hold a Virginia Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification; BLS is preferred. Per diem scheduling offers flexible shifts and competitive pay with daily/weekly payment options.

Qualifications

• One year of recent acute-care radiology experience.
• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current ARRT certification.
• BLS certification preferred.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test within past year.
• MMR and Varicella immunity documented by titers or vaccination records.
• Physical examination within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
• Follow radiation-safety and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care setting.
