Job summary

First Choice Nurses is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for per diem hospital opportunities in Arlington, Virginia. You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, producing high-quality images while maintaining patient safety and privacy in a fast-paced acute-care setting.

The position offers flexible scheduling, the freedom to choose shifts, and competitive pay with daily or weekly payment options. Virginia license and ARRT certification are required.

Qualifications

Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license required.
Current ARRT certification required.
BLS certification preferred.
QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test completed within past year.
MMR and Varicella immunity documented.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
Maintain patient safety, privacy, and dignity during procedures.
Operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
Follow radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team.
Document procedures and patient information.
