Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a per-diem Float Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team serving the Seattle–Tacoma metro area. You will work closely with PTs to provide high-quality outpatient care, implementing plans, guiding exercises, and tracking progress.

Eligible candidates must hold PTA licensure, have accreditation, and be able to travel among PRN locations in Seattle/Tacoma. Competitive per-diem compensation is offered, with location- and experience-based pay.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on a regular basis regarding patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure and monitor caseload to ensure patients are staying compliant with attendance.
