Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Per diem Float Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient orthopedic clinics across Orange County. You will implement therapeutic exercises, assist with treatments, and help deliver high-quality care in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in assisting with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Prior experience working as a PTA in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with PTs on a regular basis regarding patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure and monitor caseload to ensure patient attendance.
