Job summary

Visiting Rehab Services (VRNS) in Lenox, MA is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home care team. Earn up to $160 per visit with flexible scheduling and a supportive leadership structure.

A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, along with a Massachusetts PT license and afternoon availability. Enhance patient mobility and independence by delivering in-home therapy, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and developing personalized treatment

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience
• Afternoon availability

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Assess patients’ home environments and recommend safety modifications
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other care-team members
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
