Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home healthcare team in Needham, MA. Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts PTA license.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Afternoon availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT interventions under the supervising PT.
• Perform transfer training and safe mobility instruction.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Monitor progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and care team.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation.
