Job summary

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home healthcare team in Dedham, MA. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation of up to $160 per visit, with mileage and licensure reimbursements available.

You will evaluate patients in their homes, create individualized treatment plans, and work with care teams to promote mobility, safety and quality of life. Join us for meaningful, one-on-one patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience.
• Afternoon availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
• Assess home environments and recommend safety modifications.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
