Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in Vancouver, WA. The role focuses on OB/BP management, fetal monitoring, and newborn care in a fast-paced environment.

Per diem positions offer flexible scheduling, with Aya providing credentialing support, payroll, and a responsive team to assist throughout the placement process. Eligible clinicians benefit from a robust app and access to ongoing opportunities.

Formación

• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS
• Assist with vaginal delivery and newborn assessment
• Manage postpartum hemorrhage, preeclampsia/eclampsia, and maternal vitals
• Familiar with Epidural, anesthesia support, and C‑section circulation
• Proficient in APGAR scoring, infant identification, and cord care

Responsabilidades

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care in per diem shifts
• Monitor fetal status and respond to acute obstetric events
• Administer medications and manage blood products as needed
• Support mother and baby with lactation and newborn care
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with procedures
