Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ER Tech for per diem shifts in Vancouver, WA. This role supports emergency department patients with vital sign monitoring, phlebotomy, PPE, and patient transfers while maintaining high standards of safety and care.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with ED procedures and vital signs.
• Ability to apply restraints and assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Knowledge of PPE donning/doffing and infection control.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: BLS
• Required Skills: Emergency Department,Isolation Precautions/PPE,Phlebotomy,Abnormal/Normal Vital sign parameters (Adult and Pedi),Application of restraints,Assist with ambulation,Assist with feeding patient,Assist with procedures,Cleaning of equipment,Donning and removing PPE,Electronic vital sign equipment,Glucometer,Labeling specimens and transport,Manage behavioral emergencies,Measure/record drain output,Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG,Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic,Obtain Vital Signs,Perform CPR,Post-mortem care,Reporting change in patient condition,Safe patient transfers,Transport patient via stretcher,Turning and positioning patient
