Job summary

Aya Healthcare seeks a Labor and Delivery RN for per diem PRN shifts in Lebanon, PA. You will support obstetric care, monitor fetal well-being, and assist with deliveries in a high-volume acute care setting.

The role requires 1 year of L&D experience, PA license or compact license, and BLS/NRP; Epic experience is a plus. Enjoy flexible scheduling and Aya’s credentialing support and app-based shift selection.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required.
• PA license or compact license required.
• BLS, NRP and AWHONN Intermediate certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric procedures and postpartum care.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem L&D nursing care on assigned shifts.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vitals during labor.
• Assist with vaginal delivery and cesarean section support.
• Deliver postpartum and newborn care and educate parents.
• Adhere to charting, safety and infection-control protocols.
