Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking two per diem outpatient Physical Therapists to join our Clark, NJ team three days per week (Mon, Wed 11a–7p, Fri 9a–5p). One per diem for general ortho and one for lymph (CLT/CDT required) duties.

You will work in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care and ongoing learning. We offer a culture-first workplace with development support, modern equipment, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team members.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support varied appointment types and adjust plans as needed.
