Job summary

Atlantic Health System is looking for two skilled per diem outpatient Physical Therapists for our Clark, NJ location. The role requires 3 days a week, providing patient-centered care, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcomed for the Orthopedics position.
• 1-3 years of lymph experience for the Lymph position.
• 1-3 years of orthopedic experience as a PT in a hospital-based outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Document interventions, administer billing, and maintain accurate records.
