Atlantic Health is seeking two skilled and compassionate per diem outpatient Physical Therapists for our Clark, NJ location. The position is three days per week: Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Positions

• Per Diem for general Orthopedics
• Per Diem for Lymph – CLT/CDT required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
• Document interventions, administer billing, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Support lead clinicians in competency development and implementation.
• Participate in orientation of new staff members and serve as clinical instructor for students.
• Exercise independent judgement on moderately complex cases with minimal or no supervision.

Qualifications

Required:

• New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.
• If applying for the Lymph position, CLT/CDT certification required.

Preferred:

• New graduates welcomed for the Orthopedics position; 1–3 years of lymph experience for the Lymph position (CLT/CDT required).
• 1–3 years of orthopedic experience as a PT in a hospital‑based outpatient setting.
• Oncology Clinical Specialist preferred for the Lymph position.
