Job summary

Atlantic Health in Clark, NJ is seeking two per diem outpatient Physical Therapists to join our team, three days per week (Mon, Wed 11a–7p, and Fri 9a–5p). These roles encompass general orthopedics and lymphatic (CLT/CDT) care.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and rehab colleagues, and educate patients and families to ensure continuity of care.

Atlantic Health is seeking two (2) skilled and compassionate per diem outpatient Physical Therapists to join our team in our Clark, NJ location, three (3) days per week (M, W from 11a-7p, and F 9a-5p).

(1) Per Diem for general Ortho

(1) Per Diem for Lymph - CLT/CDT is required

What Your Day Might Look Like

Principal Accountabilities:

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision.
