Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teaches and supervises students in techniques, skills, and procedures.
• Maintains patient care productivity as indicated by unit procedures.
• Demonstrates continued proficiency in skills for the assigned patient population.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Initial assessment and evaluation of PT needs for assigned patient populations; reviews medical chart and clarifies orders.
• Implements treatment plans and protocols; sets achievable goals with patient and family; selects aids and refers to other services.
• Completes all required documentation in medical charts for care and reimbursement.
