Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• New York State Physical Therapy License or temporary permit.
• BLS/CPR certification required on entry to position.

Responsibilities

• Participates in clinical education of fieldwork students and supervises learners.
• Maintains patient care productivity and accurate documentation.
• Evaluates and treats patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans.
• Completes all required documentation for patient care and reimbursement.
• Assesses patient education needs and provides family education during rehab.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
