Job summary

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in the Salem, NH region, delivering compassionate care at assisted living facilities. The role emphasizes independence, with support from the Engage team and access to educational resources.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized plans, educate families, and document care in EMR, contributing to mobility and quality of life for seniors in our New England communities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state license to practice PT.
• Interest in working with the senior population.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility and impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations.
• Provide care with independence while supported by Engage team.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Document patient care services in EMR per state/facility standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth through education opportunities.
