Job summary

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR is seeking an Associate Pharmacy Technician for a per‑diem/variable shift. This role involves filling and dispensing unit-dose and stock medications to nursing units and other departments, including oral and IV medications, while triaging orders and ensuring the automated dispensing system's accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and either Oregon Certification or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required on hire.
• Inpatient experience and ADMs/EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill/dispense unit-dose and stock medications to nursing units and other departments.
• Fill/dispense oral and IV medications and triage patient orders.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the automated dispensing system.
• Work in a per-diem/variable shift with prompt, accurate dispensing and communication.
