Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician upon hire.
• Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
• Minimum of one year (>2080 clock hours) pharmacy practice in an integrated health system and current PTCB certification - OR - 2 years (>4160 hours) hospital pharmacy if not PTCB certified.

Responsibilities

• Fill/dispense unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to nursing units and other departments.
• Fill/dispense oral and IV medications; triage patient orders; maintain integrity of the automated dispensing system (ADS).
