Genoa Healthcare seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties associated with processing prescriptions. Per Diem Pharmacists are temporary, intermittent employees.

Responsibilities include distributing prescribed medications, informing customers about medications, and ensuring top-tier customer service while complying with State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Immunization administration is possible where allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Immunization certification.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
