Ethos Veterinary Health's SAGE San Francisco hospital is seeking a Per Diem Client Service Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for clients and patients, coordinating appointments, scheduling, and check-ins while delivering outstanding service.

This role offers $26.00–$30.00/hour plus $5.50/hour night shift differential (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) and requires a high school diploma with customer service experience; training shifts are provided and monthly shift minimums apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; veterinary experience preferred.
• 1+ year of hospitality or client-facing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Typing 45+ WPM; 10-key data entry.
• Experience with EzyVet or other veterinary software preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients, creating a compassionate first impression.
• Coordinate appointments, procedures, and hospital scheduling.
• Answer phones, emails, and internal communications with outstanding service.
• Maintain accurate client/patient records in hospital software.
• Process check-ins/outs, payments, estimates, and invoices.
• Educate clients on hospital processes and care information.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Handle emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support teams.
