Job summary
Plus One, an Optum company, is seeking energetic per diem Personal Trainers to work at a high-profile fitness center in Mountain View, CA. You will motivate clients with personalized programs and assess progress to help them reach goals.
You will establish and maintain a personal training clientele, guide members on proper equipment use, and stay current with certifications and trends. Opportunities to lead group classes and provide coverage are available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field, or a NCCA-accredited CPT.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Knowledge of exercise testing and program design, and equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized exercise programs.
- Establish and maintain a personal training clientele.
- Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment.
- Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
- Opportunity to teach group fitness classes and provide coverage.
