First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced PCU RNs for per diem hospital shifts in Virginia. Eligible candidates can pick shifts that fit their schedules, with options for daily or weekly pay and same-week flexible scheduling.

Positions require Virginia RN license, 2 years PCU experience, and current BLS/ACLS with vaccination or approved exemption. Per diem travel across Hampton Roads regions offered with hospital-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license
• 2 years PCU nursing in past 4 years
• BLS/ACLS current
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Responsabilités

• Assess, monitor and document patient conditions in acute-care hospital settings
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams and maintain EMR accuracy
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans
• Ensure infection-control and patient-safety standards are followed

• Active
• Virginia RN LicenseMinimum
