• Adheres to department procedures regarding operation of all food service equipment.
• Inventories and stocks bulk supplies as required by facility procedures.
• Serves patient meals with proper identification and delivers meals to residents' rooms when requested.
• Assembles and serves meals according to diet orders and patient needs.
• Maintains food safety and quality per health department guidelines.
• Adheres to hand hygiene and infection control procedures.
• Performs sanitation for assigned work area following guidelines.
