UPMC Mercy is Hiring a Part Time Food Service Attendant to support the Dietary and Cafeteria department. The role involves assembling, preparing, and serving nutritionally appropriate meals with attention to food safety and customer service.

Shifts include early mornings with rotating weekends and holidays, totaling 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, operating food service equipment, serving patient meals, assisting with sanitation, and delivering meals to residents’

Responsabilidades

• Assures necessary food and service equipment are secured before meal service.
• Operates department procedures for food service equipment.
• Inventories and stocks bulk supplies as required by facility.
• Serves patient meals using department scripts with proper patient ID.
• Bus tables and sanitizes surfaces; delivers meals to residents' rooms on request.
• Sets tables for meals according to the Food Service Guidelines Manual.
