Job summary

Southcoast Health seeks a Patient Services Ambassador at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA. This per diem role covers day/evening shifts with weekend and holiday rotation, reporting to the Manager Patient Services.

The position emphasizes accurate menu corrections, patient meal timing, and compassionate patient interaction. Responsibilities include data entry, using the EPIC platform, and assisting with menu selections and dietary restrictions to ensure quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus additional courses or training or the equivalent knowledge or experience preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or to be exempt by signing a statement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient satisfaction; adjust meal selections with patients and diet restrictions.
• Data entry of patient food preferences into the Patient Services Software Platform; use EPIC Platform as needed.
