Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Food Service Worker - Retail at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. The role supports Retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department, sets up stations, and maintains cleanliness and portion accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt by signing a statement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department, including setting up all stations and performing positions.
• Break down stations completely and ensure they are cleaned and sanitized.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures.
• Ensure all food items are dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or sale.
• Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
