Job summary

Kelsey Seybold Clinic is seeking a Per Diem ASR II at the Bay Area Campus. The role focuses on welcoming patients, handling registration and cashiering, and ensuring a neat, professional workspace while supporting a high standard of service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer service experience, cash handling skills, and proficiency with Windows-based software and Epic Front Desk training. English communication and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of direct face-to-face customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling or collections experience.
• 6+ months in a medical office or related healthcare setting OR 1+ years KSC ASR I or HIM Tech with cross-training.
• Experience with computers and Windows-based software.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Basic math ability and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous assistance to patients, including check-in and check-out.
• Handle registration and cashiering duties and maintain a neat, professional workspace.
• Deliver high-quality service and clear direction to patients throughout their visit.
