Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of direct face to face customer service experience.
• 1+ years cash handling or collections experience or relevant healthcare contact center exposure.
• Experience with Windows-based software and Epic Front Desk in a medical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out.
• Process payments, co-pays, and insurance information.
• Assist with patient registration and demographic updates in Epic.
• Explain wait times and assist with forms as needed.
• Maintain neat and professional work area and POS familiarity.
