Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston seeks an ASR II to assist patients with check-in/out, registration and cashiering, while maintaining a neat, professional appearance.

You will support a team across 40+ Houston locations, using Windows-based software and Epic Front Desk training; strong verbal and written English. High school diploma and 1+ year customer service required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of direct face-to-face customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling or collections experience.
• 6+ months in a medical office or healthcare setting OR 2+ years in related roles with cross-training.
• Experience with computers and Windows-based software.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Basic Math ability.
• Proven English communication skills.
• Professional and personal presentation.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out, including registration and cashiering.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and an organized work area.
• Provide friendly and courteous service and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Support multiple locations within the network as needed.
