Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication; knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-arrival, check-in and registration activities; verify benefits and insurance; collect patient liabilities.
• Interview patients/guarantors for financial counseling information.
• Coordinate with medical staff and payors to assist families in obtaining healthcare and financial services.
• Ensure accurate data collection in ADT system and communicate required consents at registration.
• Investigate and resolve error worklist items daily.
